Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
* Same-day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
* Same day rebooking or rescheduling to another day will be charged a $25 fee.
